I would love to give this product five stars because how amazing it has been. Unfortunately, after the second time we used the “hog tie” X restraints one of the straps tore off rendering it useless. Everything else has worked wonderfully. I’m wondering if theirs is a way I can be sent another “X hog tie” restraint.
