- We use AusPost, deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.
- If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery
Shipping Time Frame
- We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.
- However, if there are any issues with your order we will contact you within 48 hours (eg. personalised leather embossing or made to order items).
- You can expect to receive your items within 7-14 working days
- Actual shipping times may vary, as we use different carriers depending on location, value, and size of the order.
- We are not responsible for any delay due to unpredictable factors, such as delivery carriers, customer's shipping address errors, holiday related delays or any other unforeseen factors.
- Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
- All deliveries are made by registered courier contain a tracking number for peace of mind.
- If your trackable order has not been received within 7 business days please contact us at Master@ozgaga.com.au or use our Contact page and we will endeavour to track it down.

“Do you offer international shipping (outside Australia)?”
We now offer standard International shipping with tracking via Australia Post to the following countries:
- New Zealand (NZ)
- United Kingdom (UK)
- United States (USA)
- Germany (DEU)
We are constantly expanding our international shipping locations. If we are unable to ship to your country, please reach out to us and we will try to find an alternative delivery option for you.
All international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates. For an accurate shipping estimate, we'll need the item(s) you want to order, the quantity you need of each item and the full shipping address.
