    • Canada
      27 November 2024: Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada.
    • United States of America
      December 2024:  Items sent to the US via International Standard service may be delayed, due to high demand and transit disruptions. We're working on processing and delivering these items as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    • You can expect to receive your items within 7-10 working days*

      • Personalised leather embossing or made to order items
      • Long weekends and public holidays
      • Remote locations and rural addresses may take longer
    • We use AusPost, deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. 
    • If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery

    Shipping Time Frame

    • We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.
    • However, if there are any issues with your order we will contact you within 48 hours (eg. personalised leather embossing or made to order items).
    • You can expect to receive your items within 7-14 working days
    • Actual shipping times may vary, as we use different carriers depending on location, value, and size of the order.
    • We are not responsible for any delay due to unpredictable factors, such as delivery carriers, customer's shipping address errors, holiday related delays or any other unforeseen factors.
    • Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. 
    • All deliveries are made by registered courier contain a tracking number for peace of mind. 
    • If your trackable order has not been received within 7 business days please contact us at Master@ozgaga.com.au or use our Contact page and we will endeavour to track it down. 
    • In these cases, please wait patiently and we thank you for your understanding

    We now offer standard International shipping with tracking via Australia Post to the following countries: International Flat Rate Shipping Cost AUD$24.95

    • Finland (FIN)

    We are constantly expanding our international shipping locations. If we are unable to ship to your country, please reach out to us and we will try to find an alternative delivery option for you.

      International Delivery Outside of Australia

      • If you love our products and are in a different country, please contact us, and we can arrange a delivery option for you
      • International Flat Rate Shipping Cost AUD$24.95

      • We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance of the package.

      • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

      • You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined.

      • You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

      • Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.

      • Please consult your local customs and post office services for more information.

      • All orders are shipped using a trackable service.

      • Important note: International deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, we CANNOT prevent that. Additional information added by the courier is beyond our control
