📦 USA Shipping Update 29/08/25

We are currently using FedEx International Economy for all orders shipping to the United States.

For an accurate shipping estimate, we'll need the item(s) you want to order, the quantity you need of each item and the full shipping address. Contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote for your items.

26 August 2025: As a result of recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and Puerto Rico, Australia Post will temporarily partially suspend postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.

This response is in-line with action taken by numerous postal operators internationally.

• We use AusPost, deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. 
• If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery

Shipping Time Frame

• We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
• However, if there are any issues with your order we will contact you within 48 hours (eg. shipping address issues).
• You can expect to receive your items within 5-7 working days (Australia)
• Actual shipping times may vary, as we use different carriers depending on location, value, and size of the order.
• We are not responsible for any delay due to unpredictable factors, such as delivery carriers, customer's shipping address errors, holiday related delays or any other unforeseen factors.
• Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. 
• All deliveries are made by registered courier contain a tracking number for peace of mind. 
• If your trackable order has not been received within 7 business days please contact us at Master@ozgaga.com.au or use our Contact page and we will endeavour to track it down. 
• In these cases, please wait patiently and we thank you for your understanding

We are constantly expanding our international shipping locations. If we are unable to ship to your country, please reach out to us and we will try to find an alternative delivery option for you.

International Delivery Outside of Australia

• If you love our products and are in a different country, please contact us, and we can arrange a delivery option for you

• International Flat Rate Shipping Fee AUD$24.95

• We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance of the package.

• Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

• You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined.

• You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

• Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.

• Please consult your local customs and post office services for more information.

• All orders are shipped using a trackable service. 

• Important note: International deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, we CANNOT prevent that. Additional information added by the courier is beyond our control
