This page (together with our Privacy PolicyTerms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery Policy) tells you information about us. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site.

Thank you for visiting us and making your first purchase! We offer you as much information as possible to help you make your choice from our online boutique. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

All our items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is damaged faulty or wrongly described please email us at Master@ozgaga.com.au or use our Contact page immediately.

Our Warranty Policy

  • Our MissFun Leather Set products come with a 6 month warranty from the date you receive your product. Our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. We will happily repair or replace any defect product. Please contact us via our email: master@ozgaga.com.au and we’ll take care of you!

  • If damage is caused by accident, neglect or misuse and is not under our warranty, as deemed by the manufacturer or OZGAGA, charges will apply for replacement or repairs.
  • All warranties are in addition to your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our Return/Exchange Policy

  • No change-of-mind refunds on sale items
  • We don't offer refund or exchange if you simply change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
  • Personal toys and BDSM bondage equipment are non-exchangeable. Once these types of items leave our store they are considered non-returnable. Please choose carefully as it is by law items of intimate apparel that can not be exchanged.
  • Due to the nature of these products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.)

Defects Product Return/Exchange Policy

  • We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange, replacement, or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • All defects items must be physically returned via postal mail to be processed.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • We do not issue credit card refunds. Store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 
  • We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to return your item to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of dispute.
  • Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse an exchange when an item is not in its original condition.

Cancellations & Order Amendments Policy

  • You have the option to cancel or amend your order within 30 minutes after checkout. Please contact us immediately by email us at Master@ozgaga.com.au or use our Contact page
  • We start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we're unable to cancel or amend orders once they are on their way to you
  • To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days.
  • Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

    • Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. 
    • We don't offer refund or exchange if you simply change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
