If you are unsure about our product's sizing, please provide us with your Neck, Wrist, Thigh, and Ankle measurements in centimeters (cm). We will let you know prior to making a purchase. Thank you.

How to measure yourself: Keep the tape measure comfortably loose & measure the full circumference of your body.
